Celebrate your child’s birthday with a unique and creative experience at Whitepine Studios! With three weeks’ notice, we can customize a project based on your child’s party theme or interests, making anything they can imagine come to life. We also offer a pottery add-on for an additional fee ensuring partygoers leave with memorable creations.
Party Details:
- Birthday parties for ages 4-13.
- Packages for children turning 6 and under are limited to 1 1/2 hours in the studio. Package A with pizza is still available or hosts may bring something instead of pizza, subject to approval by the studio.
- You may also choose ceramics as your art activity. Prices vary depending on the project selected and subject to the availability of the instructor. Please call the studio to inquire.
- Parties that go over 15 minutes will be assessed an additional $25 per fifteen minutes.
- Hosts can bring food and beverages into the studio. Contact the studio for details and additional information on what’s permitted.
- For teen and adult parties (14+), opt for a custom composition on a 16×20 canvas or choose a painting from our library at no additional cost. Cost is $40 plus 6% Michigan tax per partygoer (minimum of 10 participants) for a two-hour session with a professional teacher and assistant. A ceramic option is also available; pricing is subject to the project selected. Food and drinks are extra. Please inquire with the studio.
Party Options:
- Four party packages include a painting project on an 11×14 canvas board with a custom sample for the celebrant.
- Pottery add-on available for ages 5-13 at an additional $10 – $15 per guest depending on the project selected.
- Minimum of 10 partygoers for a pottery add-on; if under 10, a minimum 10-person fee will apply. Availability of the ceramic instructor must be confirmed; please call for inquiries.
Package A
- Up to 10 children: $375
- Additional children: $10 per guest

- Up to 10 children: $325
- Additional children: $7.50 per guest

- 1 1/2 hours of studio time (additional surcharge for parties exceeding 1 1/2 hours)
- Parties that go over 15 minutes will be assessed an additional $25 per fifteen minutes.
- Customized age-appropriate art project on 11×14 canvas boards
- Time for gift opening
- Face painting (cheek or hand art)
- Bring cake, cupcakes, drinks, and paper products; no additional food permitted without prior approval by the studio.

Package C – Birthday “Lite”
- Must guarantee a minimum of 8 children: $35 per guest
Includes:
- Professional art teacher
- Age-appropriate art activity or painting from our library
- 1 hour of studio time. (additional surcharge for parties exceeding 1 hour).
- Parties that go over 15 minutes will be assessed an additional $25 per fifteen minutes.
- No food or drinks permitted without prior approval.
Add On: Custom Painting: $25
Package D – Mobile Option
- Must guarantee a minimum of 8 children: $35 per guest.
- Price includes one hour of age-appropriate art activity or painting from our library on 11×14 canvas boards.
- Parties that go over 15 minutes will be assessed an additional $25 per fifteen minutes.
- Add On: Custom Painting $25
- $25 travel fee for locations more than 15 miles from Saline
- $50 non-refundable deposit holds your date
- Goods and services are subject to Michigan’s sales and use taxes (not included in the Package Prices).
In order to maintain our current pricing structure and continue providing you with the best service possible, we kindly request that payments for parties be made via check or cash. This helps us avoid the additional processing fees associated with credit card transactions. If you prefer to pay by credit card, a 3% surcharge will be applied to cover these fees.
