To ensure the best experience for all our students and instructors, we have a clear cancellation policy in place. Because we purchase materials in advance and need time to schedule our instructors, we kindly ask that you review our policies carefully before registering. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality and consistency of our classes.
Birthday Parties and Private Events
- $50 non-refundable deposit.
- Deposit cannot be applied to a future booking if you cancel your reserved time.
Classes and Workshops:
- Kids’ and Teen Painting pARTys, Mommy & Me, After School Classes, Homeschool Classes, Schools Out 1/2 days, Workshops for Girl Scouts or Clubs, Senior Events:
- Full refund with at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations. No exceptions for any reason.
- For missed lessons in multi-session classes, fees are forfeited.
- Visiting Instructors (Ceramics, Fused Glass, Acrylic Pour, Print Making, Resin, Alcohol Ink):
- No refunds after registration.
- Adult Painting pARTys:
- No refunds after registration.
Private Lessons:
- Must be canceled 24 hours in advance.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice incurs fees at the instructor’s normal rate.
Whitepine Studios Cancellations:
- Credits issued for classes/events canceled due to unpredictable Michigan winter weather.
Full refunds for classes that do not meet enrollment numbers.
Spring, Summer Art Adventure Camps, and Mini-Sessions:
- $75 non-refundable registration fee after enrollment.
- Full refund (minus registration fee) or transfer to another week available up to two weeks before camp starts.
- Transfers cannot be made from a weekly program to a half-day program.
- No refunds within 14 days before programming starts.
